1.1 Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.

1.2 All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions.

1.3 Credit card payments should be made with the booking unless passenger opted cash payment mode.

1.4 Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of £3.00 or € 3.00 for processing fees

1.5 All baby seat requested are subject to charge £ 5.00 or € 5.00 each.

1.6 We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services. if their luggages are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.

1.7 Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage   to the luggage. Our drivers will offer hand of help in many cases with your luggage at passenger's discretion.

1.8 There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only. These are 24 – 26 December & 31 and 1st of every year.

1.9 A reservation may only be changed or cancelled with the permission of the Publictransfer.com . It has to be done in writing     (preferably by email).

1.10 Amendments to your existing booking

Changes to existing bookings are possible and can be made on-line in our booking amendments section, certain conditions and charges may apply when changing transfer details. If charges or fees apply it will be taken from the original card details given.

1.11 Cancellations of booking and clients

You may cancel your booking at any time using our on-line service or requesting cancellation via e-mail sent to admin@publictransfer.com. Note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the Lead Passenger request the cancellation

The following cancellation policy applies. Inside 14 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees - no monies will be refunded. 15 - 60 days prior to the departure date 25% of the cost of the booking will be charged. Outside of 60 days of departure a 10% administration fee per booking will be charged.

1.12 All payments can be made in cash or credit card. In the case of credit card payments, your card will be charged before or on the day of the journey. In the event of a cash booking you may pay the driver cash (GB £ or Euro €) at the end of your journey, or may be charged for instances of a cancellation or ‘no show’.

1.13 At airports, once the flights have landed, a passenger/ passengers are allowed free waiting time of 40 minutes,
